The short version
- We collect your name, email, phone, zip code and project details when you request an evaluation or use our rental income estimator.
- We use advertising and analytics tools — Google, Meta and Microsoft — that set cookies and receive information about your visit.
- Under California law, our use of those advertising tools counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time.
- We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not pass your contact details to other contractors or lead brokers.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how SIBONI DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN INC, doing business as Siboni Development & Design (“Siboni”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. We design, permit and build accessory dwelling units (ADUs) for homeowners in California. We are a California licensed contractor, CSLB #1085971 (classifications B and C10).
This policy covers our websites, our advertising landing pages, and the forms and estimators hosted on them. It does not cover the separate agreements that govern a construction project once you become a client — those are set out in your contract.
2. What we collect
The table below uses the categories defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).

What we do not collect
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, health information, or any of the categories the CCPA defines as sensitive personal information. Because we do not collect it, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information does not apply.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your request, prepare an evaluation, and contact you about your project.
- To operate our website, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
- To measure the performance of our advertising, including which campaign, keyword or ad led to your inquiry.
- To build audiences so we can show relevant ads to people who visited our site, and avoid showing ads to people who already contacted us.
- To comply with our legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement, and we do not use it for automated profiling beyond the internal prioritization described above.
4. Advertising and analytics technologies we use
These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and receive information about your visit. Each provider processes that information under its own privacy policy.

Not every tool listed above is active at all times. We keep this list complete rather than minimal, so that it stays accurate as campaigns change.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of the advertising tools described above at any time. Opting out turns off advertising and analytics cookies on this browser. It does not affect your access to any part of this site, and it does not stop us from responding to an inquiry you have already submitted.
Your choice is stored in this browser only. If you clear your cookies, use a different browser, or use a different device, you will need to make the choice again. To make a request that covers all of our records, use the contact details in section 8.
6. Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. The signal is applied automatically on arrival, before any advertising tool loads, and it takes precedence over any earlier choice made on this browser. You do not need to do anything else.
7. Your privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
- Access a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep for tax, contract or safety reasons.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, as described above.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service.
How to make a request
Email office@sibonidesign.com or call (317) 689-8585. Tell us which right you want to exercise. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and take no more than 45 additional days.
To protect your information, we will ask you to verify your identity — usually by confirming details you already gave us, such as the email address and zip code you submitted. We will not use that information for anything other than verification.
An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. We may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
If you live in another U.S. state
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana — have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out of targeted advertising. Use the same contact details above. Where your state provides a right to appeal a refused request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond in writing within the period your state's law requires.
8. Calls, texts and emails
When you submit a form, you agree that Siboni Development & Design may contact you about your ADU project by phone, text message and email at the details you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the details below.
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. Where recording requires consent, we will tell you at the start of the call.
9. How long we keep information

10. How we protect information
We use encrypted connections, access controls limited to staff who need the information, and restricted sharing of our internal records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
11. Children
Our services are directed to homeowners and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
Our pages may link to sites we do not operate. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use our site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
